We will comply with obligations imposed by us by applicable Data Protection Legislation.
Why do we collect personal information?

We regard breaches of your privacy very seriously and will impose appropriate penalties for breach of this Policy, which may, in certain circumstances, include dismissal.

We may be required to disclose customer information by law e.g. under Court Orders or Statutory Notices pursuant to taxation or social security laws or under laws relating to sanctions, anti-money laundering or counter terrorism financing.
Direct Marketing
We will only use or disclose the personal information we hold about you for the purpose of direct marketing if we have received the information from you and you have not requested not to receive such information.
Direct marketing means that we should use your personal information to provide you with information on our products and services that may interest you.

- By registering for our trading room, you are providing consent and permission to share this information with the 3rd party platform.
- Once you register and complete our application form you are also agreeing to their privacy policy and terms of service, consenting to their cookie policy and marketing policy.
- We are not responsible for your data once the information is passed to these 3rd parties or technology providers.
- You may receive marketing and promotional emails, as well as targeted ads from these 3rd parties.
- You may have cookies and tracking scripts (beacons) placed in your browser by these 3rd parties websites and software, beyond our control. You are subject to the providers’ cookie policy.
Changes
XAU/USD Trading Group may change this policy from time to time by updating this page, and by providing any information to XAU/USD Trading Group, you’re accepting such changes. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted here 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
